If I call ICE and they come to investigate, will they penalize me or can I be charged with something like a discrimination lawsuit if the people who appear to be illegal are really here legally?
I know you will ask 'why do I think they're here illegally?' They can't speak English, there are many of them doing cash jobs like lawn service, etc.
I am near Chicago where a lot of the illegals live and protested on May Day with the protection of our police departments.

For those of you who think I should mind my own business and look the other way, I hope they move into your town so that you can deal with them.
From what I'm hearing, I really can't report these people to ICE because I haven't looked at their fake documents?

Just to clarify, I am not speaking of individual families but rather of what appear to be many people working here illegally for various companies and draining our taxes.
This is the problem that many people are facing and why so many illegals continue working in the USA. People are either afraid to report them or don't want to get involved because they would feel really rotten if they turned someone in who was trying to start a new life here legally. This is the kind of mess that the illegals have caused.
So the real question is how do we separate the legals from the illegals - and I am talking about at the worksite through the employers - not the employees individually.
If the employer is investigated and has been falsely accused, then they could create a lot of problems for a person turning them in. However, if there is an anonymous hotline number or website for giving tips to the right authorities, we will be helping to clean up our country. Any thoughts?

You can just just tell them, of your suspicions, and leave the rest up to them. Same as when you call the Police and report
any suspicious activity. I wear my Border Patrol Cap, its even
easier for me to tell. I have heard Chicago is now referred as
Little Mexico. You should concentrate, on your local Government as this Point.

Anonymous Hot-line sounds like a good thing!
Yes, I think in some places you can/might be sued for reporting them. Ever since the lawyers started making it a crime to use common-sense (profiling).
I profile all the time. We all live in a world now where a bunch of religious freaks are on a mission to cut off as many heads as they can. I know what they look like.
I'm watching them.
I hope you are too.

The query itself isn't unlawful. The form of tuition and state you are living in are the choosing elements as as to whether you need to reply the query or now not. If this can be a personal tuition they've nearly a unfastened reign to discriminate on any groundwork they desire conforming to federal legislation and the U.S. Constitution. In different phrases, they can not discriminate at the bases of race, faith, gender, creed, colour, or country wide starting place. Anything else is virtually reasonable sport. If your speaking approximately a public tuition, the legislation calls for plenty extra flexibility, however this question would be a state mandated one, which means you'll be able to ultimately need to reply. If you uncover that your grandchildren are being discriminated in opposition to at the groundwork in their being followed, you'll be able to surely take authorized movement in opposition to the tuition. I could additionally remind you that such questions almost always have extra predominant meanings than we adore to credit score them with. It isn't exceptional for kids to be followed from international nations and informing the tuition will supply them the possibility to any distinct preparations that perhaps wanted as a result of the young ones previous history. Do they recognize English as good as different kids his age? Are there any sociocultural or devout practices they discovered in Russia that the tuition might need to make accomodations for? Additionally, many abducted kids are entered into public faculties with claims they're followed to take a look at and steer clear of history tests at the baby. By asking forward of time they are able to make sure speedily that your grandchildren are certainly your grandchildren and awareness their time on much less riskless humans. My advocate is reply the query. If it is no mystery than possibilities are well that a few humans on the tuition already recognize and if they do not they're going to in general uncover out as the children attend tuition there. Why create viable issues over anything that is now not hidden?

ICE has not processed 12 -15 million hispanics over the last few years, if they are hispanics odds are that hey are here illegally.
A little common sense goes a long way.

You can find out where they work and report the business.
If it's a lawn service, there should be a name on their truck or
trailer. I don't believe they will come after one sole person.
You have to get to the source of their employment, where
there will be others milling about.
The fact that they talk together in Spanish is a common
thing tho. But if you were to ask them if they loved America
maybe that would make them scatter. That's if they understood your English. You could say, Viva America LOL.
Yes, we had the protest parades also and they also had
supervision by the city police. Kids were even allowed out
of school to walk in the parades with their parents. It would
have been the perfect time to round them up. But they say
there is not enough police. No one thought of the National
Guard I guess. I don't think we'll see any more parades soon.

They are always driving slow on the freeway so the state police won't pull them over and deport them. Look for crappy cars going 5 under the speed limit and make the call.

Aww. That would be mean if you turned in somebody that isn't illegal. But hey, on the upside their uncle, cousin, etc, probably is so don't sweat it. Video them doing their cash jobs--then you can turn them in to immigration AND the IRS. Ha!

Report them – the more reports our government gets, the more they will understand that we are no longer standing by while our country is over taken by people who care less about our laws.

You can't tell if they're illegal unless you walk up to one of them and ask.
You cannot make accusations based on generalizations and stereotypes.
There are plenty of legal residents who also don't speak English and take menial jobs.
Write your congressmen and urge them to work to enforce current laws. Urge them to end welfare state to illegals. Urge them to punish the corporations hiring illegals. When the incentives go away, you won't have to worry about a lot of illegals on your streets.
