Honey will not help to remove an age spot, it only helps draw moisture to the skin as a humectant, and honey also has antibacterial properties. The Vitamin C in lemon can help to lighten age spots (sun spots) but you should use a high SPF every day along with any lightening treatment so that the spots do not become darker. And, if you do lighten the sun spots, you must maintain the lightening with SPF always!

If your talking about brown age spots on your face go see an esthetician. They can assess your skin and apply chemical face peels to help remove the spots, also prescribing a lighting cream. But if you want fast results you can also get lasor treatment by the esthetician, more expensive but great benefits. It also tightens skin, and reduce the look of large poors. I get them once yearly and get great complements on my skin! Everyone wants to know my secret.
