The generally held "christian" view of the 'rapture', is that it precedes the 7 - year tribulation period...Mormons are preparing to go through the 'tribulation' period, where, at the end they are "called-up" to meet their lord...This is known as "post-trib"...

Latter Day Saints do if that is an indication I think they have a view on the rapture from the last time they came to my house.
Good luck if their opinion is your grounds of belief. I think on my own as well.
peace

I will have to see what it is first.......get back to you in a sec....

EDIT: we believe in the Second Coming, and from what I have read in the last couple minutes about the rapture, we believe in the same concept, not the same details i.e. how it will happen, what will happen, etc.

As I recall, when I was a mormon, it was the second coming and the migration to missouri and the recall of polygamy, but no repture. Celestial kingdom, Gods and Goddesses ect, but they totally ignored the scriptures about rapping..
