I lowered my cholesterol by 75 points in 3 months by doing the following: Stay away from anything that comes from an animal, especially red meat & organ meats (liver, etc.). As well cheese and ice cream are horrible for this problem. If you like ice cream that much eat sherbet, it is naturally cholesterol free. Try eating more chicken, fish, and whole grains. 100% whole grain foods flush some of the cholesterol out of your system. As well you need to sweat for 20 minutes a day, this means excercise, but you have to get to the point where you are actually sweating and go for at least 20 minutes. Good luck!

Eat more fruits & vegetables- & LESS meat, cheese & fast foods. Do THAT- & you'll outlive pretty much everyone you know- that doesn't. :)
