Bravo...I would have thought more people would have said "bring it on!"

But it will be different when it actually happens. You will have to chose between your Faith, and all your worldly posessions.

NO!

I have set in a meeting with one of the inventors of this chip. He told about how they went about to find away to identify individuals. A electronic computer chip was the answer the panel had came up with.

One of the concerns they had with a chip implanted in the human body was the battery in the chip needed a way to recharge itself. The battery in the chip need a certain temperature to recharge itself. After much research and study on the human body they found the two best places to put the chip (even though it can be installed anywhere) was in the back of the hand and in the forehead about the hair line.

The chip has enough technology to hold all the personal information that anyone would need, including credit information and bank account numbers.

We have already heard about identification cards for humans, but cards can be stolen.

With the places they need to implant these is it a coincidence where they want to place it. The Bible said "IN" the right hand or forehead.

Some say it is our thoughts and actions, it may be, that is how we are know as saints or sinners now.

What we don't know is what or how the system will be or act exactly. What would make this system so evil that being a part of it would cause God to reject you. Sin has to be a big factor behind this beast system. I don't believe he will come out at first and say I am the beast take this chip and follow me. Even if for some reason it was not this chip in order to take the mark, we would have to follow that system some kind of way, according to the Bible. The anti-christ caused all small, great, rich, poor, free and bond to receive a mark.

Read Revelation 13:16-18

Here is wisdom, the MARK is the number of a man.

No one may buy or sell unless they had the MARK, or the NAME OF THE BEAST, or the NUMBER OF HIS NAME.

This is a problem with the Pre-Tribulation deception. People have said, even answers on this question, it don't matter I will not be here. In 2 Thessalonians Paul was writing about the coming of the Lord.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.

Jesus will not come back or return until the anti-christ is revealed.

In Matthew 24:29&30 Jesus said immediately after the tribulation he will return in the clouds.

No. In the Bible it talks about in the future and the Mark of the Beast. In which, anyone whom takes the mark will not be allowed into Heaven for it is the mark of Satan. "And [the Antichrist] causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

And that no man might buy or sell, save [except] he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. Rev 13:16-18"
So according to this passage in the Bible the Antichrist will force everyone to accept a mark in either the right hand or forehead of the wearer. Without this mark you won't be able to buy or sell. And then for a bit of intrigue it says, "If you're smart figure this out, the number of the Beast (which has something to do with the Mark) is 666."

Many people that will be a chip implant. It definitely fits the bill of a mark that enables you to buy or sell. If so, then this is the first generation technologically that is capable of such a feat. Not only is the this technology being tested and implemented, it's also being accepted by society. Hardly a week goes by without mention of it in the news media, science journals or elsewhere.

Yes, it would be better than carrying all those plastic cards around. However, it must be voluntary. Understand, though, it will be temporary because soon God's people will be excluded economically--it has happened in the past, too.

The identity of the beast is the number of a "man", not a RFI implanted. And sinning always marks Satan's ambassadors--transgressors will ultimately loose.

Interesting question. Isn't something like that in Orwell's 1984?

I am a rebel and always have been. Rules, while necessary and inevitable, have never concerned me too much. Ignored the ones I didn't agree with. YOu know, like eating at my desk.

To buy ANYTHING you said. Food, gas, or electricity? I guess if I had to I would. I'll be long dead before a US Congress would pass that. I HOPE!

Without a doubt! Call me daft, but I am not going to accept anything implanted for the sake of commerce. I am no religious nut, but I also understand the power of this chip. I often go "off the grid", and this chip will not allow anyone whom posseses it to do so. Veri-Chip is a major producer of this chip. It contains all of your medical, personel, and credit info, as well as a GPS tracking device. I've checked this company out, and it just isn't for me. This stuff scares the hell out of me, and I will be among many whom will survive without it. Check out VeriChip.com for yourself.

The Bible warns against the mark of the beast. Many believe it may be something as you mention. If, it comes to that, I would not accept it. I also warn Christians that when that day come they will lose everything, I believe. This why the world is pushing materialism now. It going to be hard to give up a nice home and fancy car. ;-)

That would never happen. The market caters to the buyer. Most would resist such a mechanism because they've read 1984 and read about Big Brother. And most of us value privacy.

You can buy things with credit cards and theft protection. No need for invasive implants. Most likely a system of commerce would be able to identify you based on your fingerprints or retina patterns so no invasive methods would be needed at all.

But it makes for great science fiction, doesn't it?

Would you go to church on Sunday if you couldn't buy or sell unless you went? The true mark is not some implant. The hand and forehead are symbolic for thoughts and actions. The beast changes times and laws (Ten Commandments). This country will soon force people to attend church, or risk going to jail. Eventually the penalty will be death. Our freedoms are constantly being eroded, it will soon happen.

Only if it strangely had a "666" engraved on the side. We're talking about staging the fulfillment of prophecy here.
