I dont think it's really possible. I know that using Proactiv daily, will help keep the acne from coming back. Sure, you'll get a pimple every once in a while, but it wont be as bad as having a whole face full of acne. Tell me if you get any better answers, I hope this helped you!
Heres a couple of good acne products I used:
-Clearasil Ultra Acne Clearing Scrub
-Acne Free (its cheaper than proactiv, but works)
-Proactiv

You grow out of it. Acne is hormonally driven and for the most part, once you get past puberty it should go away. There is such a thing as adult acne, but that is less well understood. You can treat the symptoms of acne, but sadly, until you are past puberty, which lasts until about 20-25 years of age, you are stuck with the little buggers. Sorry. Get a good dermatologist and they will get you a good regimen.

You can't. Not forever. As you get older, it decreases. Pregnancy also reduces the severity of acne. But on occasion, it will pop back up: even in your twenties and beyond. (Some women have problems with acne when menopause kicks in.)

My sister had acne in h.s. she tried everything oxy pads, noxema, you name it. She washed her face compulsivly. However it didnt help. Finally she orderd PROACTIVE, its about $40. a month, and they ship it to you on a regular basis. It was amazing, her acne shortly cleared up. Its been several years since she used and still her face is clear. honestly I think proactive is a true Godsend. If your willing to shell out a little cash, then its definitely right for you.

"Forever"- is a tough word... Nothing is forever. All you can do NOW, is keep your face as CLEAN as possible, get lots of sleep & keep your stress level down. Time will take care of the rest. :)

I used to use alcohol to dry my pimples out and then I would put gold bond medical powder on my pimples. Or try listerine mouth wash.
