Only if your name is Benny Hinn, Pat Robertson or the Rev. Sun Myung Moon.
All three men are very wealthy beyond their means - I believe that the Rev. Moon is almost a billionaire - he owns the Washington Times newspaper and some TV stations for crying out loud. Rev. Robertson runs his own college in Newport News, VA - who needs a new laptop or new RV when you can establish businesses on the backs of those who send you $20 a month in Jesus' name?

Yes, it is. But not for hoping to get into heaven.
I believe that Christianity and all religions have their roots in the old primitive societies where religion was a pillar and the main glue of holding society together. Those that became priests had one of the best job securities that the world has ever seen. Needles to say when you have a group of people get together to perform anything, a natural hierarchy starts emerging naturally, like a pyramid. And like all pyramids the most powerful, canning, clever, able, and otherwise exceptional, rise to the top --- but not always.

Not worried about recruitment bonuses, just want to see Jesus' face, and that will be good enough for me.
I just wonder why so many people are so concerned with Christianity in the negative view, doing everything they can to ridicule, or disprove it.
They must be really scared of something.

lmao. Good one. Well, proselytizing is an integral part of Christianity's teachings. Here's a serious answer to your question, assuming you even wanted one. (Sorry couldn't think of anything humorous.)
"Many Christians consider it their obligation to follow what is often termed the Great Commission of Jesus, recorded in the final verses of the Gospel of Matthew":
"Go to all the nations and make disciples. Baptize them and teach them my commands." The early Christians were noted for their evangelizing.
"Most self-described Christian groups have organizations devoted to missionary work which in whole or in part includes proselytism of people of other faiths (including sometimes other variants of Christianity) or none. Groups noted for their extensive proselytism include: Southern Baptist Convention and Jews for Jesus"

Um, that's not even found in the Bible. Whoever told you that is obviously a member of a works based church. The Bible in no place states this.
Heaven is not on a series of different heavens based on how good someone is.
Do not mistake this.

no it is not...the whole idea is that the devil wants to drag as many of what God loves the most...(us) to the lake of fire with him as possable.satan hates us. satan is insane in thinking that he can win. and , yes he is real. so is God. it is not God who condemns...but we who condemn ourselves. simply by not accepting his gift of unconditional love...Genuine christians love the world so much that we would die to tell of Gods love.and many have ...espeacially in the early church...before it got organised.some have been stupid and missunderstood Gods message and killed in his name...those were NOT led by genuine christians most were acting on greed and other compleatly human flaws. humans are not perfect.the best advice i can give is not to look to the preacher for salvation...but to Jesus himself...humans will only let you down.
