if i had a monroe piercing for more than a year and it was perfectly healed, if i decided to take it out would the hole grow up, and would i be left with a little scar or anything ?

It would heal but scarring depends on your body. Most likely if you didn't have any problems with it during the healing process it wont leave more than a tiny spot that only you could point out. It wouldn't take too long to heal, those are small holes any way.

It will most likely heal, especially since it's your mouth. But you'll likely have a small dot where the piercing was. It will look like a large pore, but it really wont be that noticable.

My friend put a 12 guage in his lip and he took it out and you don't even notice it's there at all.

depending on how your body/skin heals you might have a dot or u might have a small bump.
