Yes it is perfectly safe, just know your physical limits, stretch before hand, and drink plenty of water. If you're going to exercise daily mix light workout days with heavy days. taking one day a week rest with help with muscle recovery.

The only thing about lifting weights and exercising daily would be if you forced yourself beyond your Body's ability.
Starting out to strongly can harm tissue. buildup with reps and increase the weight slowly to be on the safe side.

Yes. But it is recommended to have 1 day a week without exersising. They say it's more effective that way.
