can a notary public notarize a statement written by himself that supposedly came from a 12yr old?

Huh? I don't really understand your question but I'll try to answer it anyway. You can never notarize for yourself and I wouldn't recommend notarizing for any close family members - it would be a conflict of interest.

i was a notary for about 10 years.you can not notorize you own paperwork
