Swim, jog, jump rope or do any other moderate cardio exercise for as long as you can. Then do it for additional 5 minutes. Repeat every other day.

The idea is our body always has some extra resource, even if you feel very tired. Squeezing 5 more minutes out of yourself trains your body to increase the resource.
