The four of a kind is higher than a flush..

The ranking of Poker hands go as the following..

1. Royal Flush (10-A suited)
2. Straight Flush (anything straight suited that's not a Royal)
3. 4 of a kind ( Higher 4 of a kind wins)
4. Full House (Higher set of trips in house wins)
5. Flush ( higher card in flush wins)
6. Straight (Higher straight wins
7. 3 of a kind ( Higher 3 of a kind wins)
8. 2 pair (higher pair wins of the two wins)
9. 1 pair (High pair wins)
10. High card

It depend which flush. But a 4 of a king beat a flush, a straight flush beat the 4 of a kind, and a royal flush beat the straight flush.
