How to research Canadian World War 2 military personnel?

I have acquired a uniform of a former Lieutenant of the 6th Duke of Connaught's Royal Canadian Hussars, and would like to know about his military service.

Canada's "crop dusters" have served in the South African War, the Great War, the Second World War, the Korean War, the Gulf War, and now in Afghanistan. Perhaps being a military man yourself you could show a little more respect to those who served and died fighting for the same cause that the U.S. military did and currently is.
