i just got back from cheerleading practice and it was very hot and they worked us very very hard. i got home, took a shower and ate dinner and not i can't stop shaking im not hungry so i dont know what it is

sounds like dehydration to me... drink plenty of fluids..and if it doesn't get better... get to the hospital.. you might have heat stroke

You are probably dehydrated. Drink water slowly. You may have to go to the ER. Whoever was in charge of that practice should be removed and fired immediately. That could kill someone.

if its just your legs that happens to me all the time after i work out. lay down, calm down. drink water or gatoraid very slowly and eat something like nuts.. or fruit.

you could be dehydrated, did you drink water and eat? it could be that, you might be over heated too.
