Because they want to give as much detail as possible. It would be nice if some learned the art of summation

They give details to avoid the trolls out there who give snap judgements rather than real, serious answers. Problems aren't always simple to explain. If you don't want to read, them, don't complain and move on to another question.

Then why bother. If your attention span or your reading ability is so poor that you can't pay attention to a long question then maybe you should spend your time doing something else.

I ask long questions because I want to get the best possible answer so I put as much detail as possible.
