I don't think that's in the Bible. I think Nahum is the least read.

Obadiah can probably compete with Nahum. In the New Testament, the 'postcard' from Jude could probably give Philemon a run for its money.

Nahum
The prophecy of Nahum illustrates some fundamental Bible principles. The opening words of the vision repeat God’s reason for giving the second of the Ten Commandments: “Jehovah is a God exacting exclusive devotion.” Immediately thereafter he makes known the certainty of his “taking vengeance against his adversaries.” Assyria’s cruel pride and pagan gods could not save her from the execution of Jehovah’s judgment. We can be confident that in due course Jehovah will likewise mete out justice to all the wicked. “Jehovah is slow to anger and great in power, and by no means will Jehovah hold back from punishing.” Thus Jehovah’s justice and supremacy are exalted against the background of his extermination of mighty Assyria. Nineveh did become “emptiness and voidness, and a city laid waste!

Probably Leviticus or Numbers.
Both of these books contain the specifics of Jewish Law, rules concerning diet, cleanliness, sacrifices, marriage, divorce...
Today, people prefer to read the more exciting parts of the Bible: the four gospels, Genesis, Exodus, Daniel, Jonah...
That is, if they read the Bible at all.

I dont know this answer, but I can say this All the books were written for us to know and understand. So there should be no LEAST read book. We should know them all.
Whatever is the one that you have least read should be the one you read right now. God bless you.

Perhaps, most of the minor prophets in the OT. However, if people spent more time reading these minor prophets, they would get a better understanding of end-time events.
GOD bless
