See a doctor. If you cannot get to one, my wife recommends drinking cranberry juice. Do not know if it actual works but she stands by it.

Treating a bladder infection usually needs antibiotics . But if its just starting you may be able to flush it out with drinking large amounts of water or cranberry juice or using cranberry tablets and water .

You can reduce pain and burning with Uristat, lots of water and cranberry juice. but in any case you need antibiotic, so try to get an appointment
