Yes! and for all sorts of reasons. How old are they? Is it just one or some or all of them? Have they had any vaccinations yet? Has the mother had any vaccinations prior to getting pregnant? What breed are they? What do you feed them and the mother? Have you ever had a parvo case near where they are (in the house, the yard, the garage)? Do you have a vet to call? fevers in puppies can be very deadly, depending on why they have it and how much their body can take.... the best thing to do is get them checked out by a vet ASAP. The longer you wait the more damage will be done, and sometimes it can get past the point of being able to turn them around.

Yes, a dog's normal temperature is higher than a human's but just as in people, they do run fevers and it is a sign of infection.

definately, not sure about puppies, but dogs with temps over 103 should be seen by a vet.
