i really want a job as a game tester (i have researched it) but getting one isnt easy. i also dont want to buy

Look, the well paid game testers are also the game designers, as in, they know how to fix bugs and understand the programming that goes into the games.

If you want occassional work, maybe sign up with some market research firms and see if you qualify for paid studies. It could be anything from shampoo samples to watching a video to playing a game to sitting in on a mock trial.
