tired, yeah and they want to reinstate the fairness doctrine. So long as that goes for TV and print (NY Times comes to mind) that's fine with me. I think they haven't thought through what the impact would be on THEIR press - to them THEIR press is simply 'correct'.

I don't think they will either. I will be on the phones tomorrow insisting that they do.

Have you heard that a lot of the senators are blaming talk radio for the down fall of this bill?

If they didn't do it the day after 9/11 why would they do it now. Oh, to get reelected, of course. Unfortunately the American people will never bring enough pressure for this to actually happen.

I agree with the poll, unless we continue to hammer our legislators to enforce our borders it will go back to business as usual in no time at all.

Certain members of congress will.Pres. bush is ticked off now and he will do everything to make this problem worse.He's like a little pouting child that if he doesn't get his way he will make everybody else suffer.

i can't trust my bush any further than i could throw him...i want to militarize our border with our troops on a rotating schedule, to avoid any treasonist behavior by those who might be tempted by huge amounts of money from mexico's drug cartels/govt (one in the same...)

i think it will take another gentle nudge like we just gave them. If one of the stupid presidential hopefuls had any brains at all they would take that flag and run with it.

I think that now they have heard our vioice, we must keep calling and make sure that we get our fence and have our immigration laws enforced.
