I can't help with the nauseau, but I might be able to help with the disorder.
First, I have a relaxation technique on my blog at www.myspace.com/thedavezone
Second, I've had some great successes with Dianetics. (I disregard the religious aspect of Scientology).
Write me privately and I'll tell you about it, although that's in my blog too.

Been there! But I chose not to take drugs, as they just keep you from resolving the problem that are at the root of the anxiety. General anxiety is just a fancy way of saying you have a lot of subconscious issues that express themselves through anxiety.
Learning to work through what's behind the anxiety is the cure and it is 100% cureable, don't let anyone say it's not. You have to elarn to emotional not fight it, to feel it and ask yourself, that does this mean for me personally and then deal with it.
Let me tell you the common things I've found that people have to do to put an end to anxiety.
Get your thyroid tested. WHY? You'd be surprised at how many people have over active thryoid, they get that treated and the anxiety goes away? I'd say from my experience, about 1 in every 100 people who have anxiety disorders, get their thyroid tested, find out there is a problem, get it treated and the problem with anxiety goes away. Don't count on it, but rule it out as part of the problem.
IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, got to a doctor who deals with neutrition and ask them to test your blood to make sure your vitamine and mineral levels are all fine. Don't take supliments from them, they may push them, only use them if they show you are low on a vitamin or mineral. B-Vitamins are very important in ddealing with anxiety and depression. This doesn't mean go take them; only if you are low.
STOP ALL CAFFINE products, they are known to make anxiety worse and in some people have even been the cause of their anxiety. Also, non of the drinks like jolt, the caffine in them is like six times that of a coke and they often have Ginsing and Ginka Kiloba in them, both of which are stimulents and both can cause anxiety, and if you ahve anxiety will definately make it worse.
Balance out your carb foods iwth high protien foods. If you eat sweats, they tend to cause your glucose, blood sugar to rise, then drop suddenly, which can bring on an anxiety attack or make them worse in people with this problem. Eat nuts as a snack if you can, any of htem, they have a complex carb in them and a protein, so they help to keep your Glucose levels normal. Don't eat just cereal for breakfast, too much carbs; eat an egg or a handful of nuts wtih a small bowl of cereal if you want cereal. Don't eat any sweats without a protein, nuts are great because they are easy to eat. Do not eat sweats or high carb foods without a good protein with them and do not eat them within two hours of your bedtime.
Don't let people walk all over you; as long as you do, you will end up having anxiety.
Stop over thinking things before you do something new or something hard to do; the more time you think about it, the more likely you will have an anxiety attack.
Now here is a breathing technique that can help you with the anxiety attacks and can cause the neasaa caused by the sympathetic nerves in your stomach to calm down quickly once you are neasiated. This breathing causes the body to send out chemicals that relax the muscles and sooth the nerves.
You do this first thing in the morning and again at night every day. You do it at hte first sign of anxiety. If you feel dizzy, sit down to do it, if not, standing is better.
START: You breath in slowly and deeply THROUGH YOUR NOSE. Breathing in as deeply as you can. Then you SLOWLY breath out through your MOUTH. You repeat this cycle for about five minutes. It will short circut the attacks once they have started and doing it morning and night will help your body and mind learn to calm down and stay calmed down. YOu may even want to do this before you eat lunch, at first, to keep your body relaxed throughout the day. Your body has learned to be in a hyper state of arousal after all these years, now you need to teach it how to calm down and stay that way. If you have really soothing music that you like, try listening to it when you do this breathing, but only if you can focus on keeping the breathing slow, deep and regular. In through the nose slowly, deeply, out through the mouth, slowly.
It can be better, you an over come it, don't ever believe you can't.
Take care
