Typically they start at minimum wage, or just barely over it. They also will likely offer you a bonus/commission structure, depending on what you are selling.

However, be careful working for them. Due to poor earnings, they recently laid off 8% of their store level employees to help boost profits.

It might be wise to look elsewhere.
