First figure out who you are trying to sell to. Send good descriptions and why your magnets would be something they want. Don't attach files or link to websites as a way to first get attention.
I get our company email and delete most unopened since I don't know the people sending it and the description isn't something to do with ship repair. If it does regard ship repair I open and then delete or forward.
If you are just spamming companies you won't make any sales and if you have misspellings or sound unprofessional in any way I will delete your email.
I also delete anything from vendors more than 1,000 miles away if they are selling something we can get locally.

you could always try to get the attention of schools and university that may have the use for your. product try to email their admin/purchasing department to find out if you could present your products for them.
also try to contact companies that are in the line making refrigerator magnets and other toy manufacturing companies.
remember that if your company doesn't a well establish name in the industry, you should be the one who has to make effort in contacting your prospective customers/client.
well i wish your company success. good luck.
