okay so, i have stretch marks on my thighs and sides of my stomach. they like just showed up about a week ago, i dont even know why i have them. im only 13 and not overweight or anything. but anyway, my mom gave me vitamin E oil and said it would help them fade, she also said getting a tan could help. does this work?

Dont know anything about Vitamin E oil but Cocoa butter is good for stretch marks ...

You could try Mederma - it is a skin product made from onions & for some reason it seems to work for scarring, best if used early on. Cellex-C also is supposed to work on stretch marks. Stretch marks often happen to teens during a growth spurt. Making sure you get enough Vit E, zinc & essential fatty acids is important too. Just don't overdo it as too much Vit E & Zinc is not good for you. Do some research on nutrients for skin.

Yes. It will work. Stretch marks are essentially scar tissue, and vitamin E oil works great on scars.

Cocoa Butter works really great, and plus it leaves you skin soft and healthy looking.
