I know it's a yellow cake with holes poked into it by a tooth pick and jello poured over the top of it.

STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE
1 white cake mix
1 package strawberry jello
1 package frozen strawberrys
1 container topping like Cool Whip
Bake cake according to directions. Mix Jell-o with 1 cup warm water. Make several holes in top of cake without going through and then pour Jell-o over cake.
Microwave strawberries until thawed and pour on cake.

Add Cool Whip over all and refrigerate until chilled.

Serve.

No real recipe needed. Just mix up a small box of jello, and pour over a hot sheet cake into which you have poked numerous times w/ a fork. Chill until set. Top w/ cool whip.

CHERRY JELLO CAKE

1 cake mix (white)
2 boxes cherry Jello
1 qt. Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling

Bake 1 regular cake (white). Cool about 10 to 15 minutes. Dissolve 2 boxes cherry Jello in 2 cups hot water. Poke holes in cake with fork and pour on Jello. Put in refrigerator until cold and then put on cake one quart carton of Cool Whip, then 1 can cherry pie filling. Keep refrigerated.

yes yellow or white you bake the cake according to the directions on the box let it cool mix whatever flavor of jello you like pour over the cake put it in the fridge until the jello is set prolly about two hours or so give or take depending how cold your fridge gets then take it out of fridge slather cool whip all over and enjoy yummy yummy now im gonna have too make one have not had one in a long time thanx.
