I own a shop, and have dealt with many vehicles like this. When one sits like that, the rings will stick, (they stick on the pistons and don't spring out enough to seal off), the fuel will go bad, and they are very hard to start. You will have your job cut out for you! First; you will have to deal with it messing up the O-2 sensor. Do a compression test on the engine to determine if there are any cylinders in which the rings are still stuck, and if they are; you will have to put something in the cylinders, let it stand for about 12 hours, and then start over. You will probably have to replace the O-2 sensor once it starts running right. It will have a bad smell for a while, or until all of the old fuel is gone, and the rings are seating again.
Glad to help out, Good Luck!!!

Sounds or should I say smells like you are losing antifreeze into the combustion side of the motor. I would not keep running this if this is the case as this can do big damage. Look inside the coolant tank to see if you are low and fill it up if so and run till it smokes again. Then recheck the level, if it has gone down, the intake or head gasket(s) will most likely need to be replaced. There could be more damage, so when it is determined that this is what is wrong, it would have to be inspectted for cracks when it comes apart. Good luck.

replace the spark plugs and let it run for awhile, about 10+ minutes. you probably have old gas in the fuel line, hopefully the tank was near empty before you added the new gas,it should clear out. if not you might need to drain and fill the tank, not the easiest to do. 3 ways,1 you can take the rubber fill tube loose in the wheel well and siphon, 2 you can run a hose from your fuel rail and power up the fuel pump ( hard on the fuel pump ) 3 you can remove the tank, 1st one is the way i would go
