I am also from Ontario
You cannot get a tattoo if you are under 18 years of age UNLESS a parent, sibling, guardian is willing to sign for you. and the sibling must be 18 years or older.
Sorry but that's the way it is!
I got my first and only tattoo at 18 and I'm glad I didn't try to get one before that because tattoos really aren't that special and when you're young you'll grow up and think what was I thinking that's retarded.
so wait it out or kiss your parents butt. lol.

Technically, males that age are still "boys" or, at best, "guys". They are still immature, but less so than when they were children. The good news is that most of them grow less immature every year, as do you. The best place to look is at your school. You have a wide range of guys there, and you are in frequent contact with them. Remember, the grass is not greener at other schools - they have the same types of boys, the only advantage is that you know less about those boys, so they seem more intriguing. You could also try joining a local youth group, like through a church or service organization or community center. I don't recommend looking online - this can be very tricky, and people often misrepresent themselves online, or exaggerate to seem make themselves seem cooler.

There is an age restriction...18 maybe, but I would wait a few years. I'm 15 and I've grown alot in one year. The tattoo will stretch.

I believe you have to be 16 with a parent to sign you or 18. And if do get a tattoo then if it "stretches" you can get a cover or touch up. If you really wanted to you could get laser. You may regret it but it depends if it has meaning if it does I bet you won't regret it

If you get a tattoo now, $50 says when you're 18 you'd have done things differently.

I think you have to be 18.
Are you sure you want a tattoo? Ask yourself, when i am 70 will i regret this? If not go ahead. I wouldn't.
Hope this helps
