A pardon? for what? A crime they committed after they broke the law sneaking in or the actual crime they committed when they jumped the boarder?
Please throw some water in your face and and stop dreaming. It is the illegal goofballs who you are referring to that need to be deported immediately. What you are really asking is whether there is a Statute of Limitations for a person to be deported, who broke the law to get here in the first place?
Dude are you drinking again? Even if there was such a law that allowed dirt bag trespassers to become free and clear after successfully hiding out, not learning English or paying taxes-he would never be able to prove the length of his stay in our Country, because he is illegal and has avoided to leave a paper trail of his life. How dare you, not only break into our country and steal handouts at the expense of our Citizen's tax money- but have the nerve to ask us to tell you if there is a way to become legal and dismiss you prior criminal past. Please go back to your country of origin, they could probably use weasels like yourself.

Not a pardon but under some conditions amnesty! I believe that is the only amnesty that should be given to the illegals in the U.S. at this time. To gain amnesty the illegal would turn themselves in and declare their illegal status, they would be given a short training course on the legal means of entering the United States and then deported. For those who voluntarily turned themselves in they would be eligible to apply for a temporary work program and return legally to the U.S. thus given amnesty. Those who do not turn themselves in should be sought out, arrested, jailed under hard (and cheaper labor), then deported and not allowed back into the United States under any conditions for at least three years.

If the USCIS is in the process of deporting you, then it is a minimum of 5 years. The best thing is to leave via Mexico before you're a known illegal, without a departure stamp and then apply for a visa (with a new passport) in your native country. When/if they ask about your departure from the US (if you overstayed a visa) you can tell them you left through Mexico before your visa expired.

yes you can.Is very rare that you will be granted travel document to leave and you have to prove that you had a good, valid reason to stay without visa.If that's the case is better to file for humanitarian or refugee case while you are in USA.I had a few friends who actually won it but that doesn't get you green card just permit to stay/work legally. However if you are to win one of this cases you will be able to exit legally and reapply for green card.My advise to you is to visit with a lawyer, one in a community center that will be able to give you your options without the motivation of fees/money

Well if they sneak their butts back across the border we won't have any records of them ever being here,, so it would actually bode in their favor. But note that in some cases there are more immigrants of particular regions wanting to get in then there are slots for.
