Texas Champagne - I find it at the large Kroger stores in my area, but you can also buy it directly from the company that makes it at http://www.jardinefoods.com/store_products.html?id=36

If you know what "East Texas Hot Links" are, I like to sprinkle it liberally on those hot links when I eat them. This sauce is simple but tasty, and I use on eggs, fish, some veggies ... I've even been tempted to use it on ice cream. :-)

I even have dozens of distinctive sauces.. too many to record. i admire some with super kick ( dave's insanity) some with super flavor ( Texas Champagne) and on occasion only prevalent ol' Louisiana warm sauce. I even have Jalapeno (eco-friendly) sauce, Tabasco, Peri Peri (African pepper) sauce , habenero sauce, I even have some stuff made right here in Tennessee called "stupid warm" warm sauce produced from apples and spice and habenero. yet my famous is the Texas Champagne made with cayenne peppers and produced with the aid of D.L. Jardine. it somewhat is on the nice and cozy area, with a impressive flavor.

I like the taste of Chohula or Cholula...something like that.
It's delicious and I have seen it in almost every grocery store I have frequented lately.
