That would be fantastic but unfortunately its like this; we all know the oil companies are earning record profits and raping the American taxpayer with blatant price gouging, we have known for a long time, but has anything been done to reverse the painfully high prices at the pump? No. Same situation; we KNOW there are millions of illegal immigrants sucking the life out of our government funded public assistant programs, causing huge spikes in criminal activity, and draining our economy by earning American dollars and sending every cent BACK to Mexico. We KNOW they are corrupting our great land. The process is soooooo slow that we won't see any effects from the defeat of this bill until we have someone in the White House who has the balls to attack the issue at hand. Securing the borders and deporting every illegal back to Mexico. Less talk, more action. I give you Fred Thompson.

Well George heres were it gets fun!!!! Even though it did not pass.. It does not mean it's over. You see now the liberals will take it to the supreme court. And the supreme court will put all of the cases that have been waiting years & years on hold so they can vote on the same issue that the people just voted on? And if it works out the way it usually does we will all be speaking spanish in the next two years, Or we will get in trouble!! The one thing that we have learned is that we no longer have a need for congress or the senate!! We have the supreme court....

Should we? Yes.

Can we? Not easily, and not immediately, moving 12 million people around is not a quick or easy job, even if they weren't unwilling to follow the law in the first place.

Will we? No, our politicians love illegal immigration and will do nothing to stop it, let alone undo it.

We can deport illegals and build a wall if we want, but politicians want illegal aliens and leftists vote so it's not going to happen. i have no respect for politicians at our expense wanting to allow illegals to invade and then reward them.

The government will never deport all 12 million immigrants.

Either you are too ignorant to have not known that fact or you just want to intice more hate among these anti-illegals.

yes we should, so the same effort it took to kill the bill needs to be refocused to make them secure the borders and enforce the laws on the books. It appears our congress is a little hard of hearing. I guess we need to get a bigger bat.

What do you think that this country was built on?? It was the live... Liberty and the pursuit of happiness!!! Most of those people came to America to build a better life for their families. Another good point to met ion is who do you think works for pennies on the dollar to provide fresh fruit and veggies for you at a very low cost. If they hired legal Americans it would cost double at he supermarket for what ever it is you want!!! I can say that the ones that are good people should stay.. and the good ones that want to come in.... welcome!!!
