Do you reward yourself with food, sx, shopping, something else? Or do you get enough satisfaction just by knowing you "did the right thing"??

I'd like to be noble and just accept the fact that I did something good and right. Unfortunately, I'm only human and I do like rewards. I've never been a shopper. Food makes you fat. What was the other option?

If I have really sacrificed then I do treat myself with food and/or shopping. If I've been on a diet I might buy myself a new outfit. If I have been really frugal and made it through difficult times I might go out to a really nice dinner.
