Ps. 138:2: “For You have magnified Your word above all Your name.”

In all the earth there is no name like the name of God. The Jews held His name in such high esteem that they wouldn't even pronounce it. God has made himself known to us in many ways in creation and providence, but most clearly by his word. The wonders of grace exceed the wonders of nature; and what is discovered of God by revelation is much greater than what is discovered by reason.

mark 13:31 said..heaven and earth will pass away, but my WORD will never pass away.
JESUS "IS THE WORD" in the flesh.
yet, apart from his name..demons might not flee
yet..Revelation 12:11 said..we overCAME satan, by the blood of the lamb and by the words we speak/testimony.
SO IN SHORT..it is the BLOOD of JESUS..that frighten demons..have authority over demons..YET, without the WORD..let there be light..to the old testaments prophets..to today prophets..GOD words..shall continue to speak..and yes..THE WORD is above all..and the WORD said..those who believe and declare this name as savior..will have salvation. Romans 10:8+
