It's the other way around, but here it is.

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
(Psalms 138:2)

KJV: Philippians 2:9 - Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

The Greek word onoma translates to identity, name, or less often (if I remember correctly) the word used to identify a person and as such onoma can be used to describe a nick-name.

If I remember correctly, and I cannot find a good reference right now since all I can find is Strongs lexicon descriptions and common biblical translations, but, I believe I have read a translation similar to the one you posted. Maybe the Jehovah's witness translation?

I apologize for not being able to find the correct resources, it has been 15-20 years since I read anything but the NIV or KJV, or studied the Greek and Hebrew so I am rusty.

This is all I could find that was close to your verse:

Psalm 138:2 -- I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your name and your word.

You are a little off on your quote!

Here is the scripture you most likely was gunning for:

Philippians 2:9-11 9For which cause God also hath exalted him, and hath given him a name which is above all names: 10That in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those that are in heaven, on earth, and under the earth: 11And that every tongue should confess that the Lord Jesus Christ is in the glory of God the Father. What did Jesus say how we aught to pray, God's name is the kept above any other concern. Therefore, you will not find any place under the sun that there is anything else above his glorious name which is Jehovah or Yahweh.

Ps 138:2: I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your name and your word. (NIV)

Ps 138:2: I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. (KJV)

By the way he's not talking about the Bible. ("thy word" is not "the Bible")
