Yes, you can. Simply put it in her name. I have bought tickets for friends and family on line. An e-ticket is the easiest way, plus most airlines charge for a paper ticket.

Not sure I understand the question but let me see if I can help. If your mom buys ticket online she can have it mailed to you or you can get it electronically at the airport apon check in, there are people there to help. Is that what you mean?
