In order to get a tape with my voice on it, I went to my local college's radio station and asked if I could do anything for them in the way of voicing announcements. They agreed and I have since done some professional stuff for their tv station. If you have a college radio station close by, give them a call and explain your situation. They might let you come in and make a tape of some stuff you have prepared. Also, they may let you voice some of their commercials and PSA's as well as know who and where to go to for auditions.
