Texas Drivers licence question?

Okay, well first off im 19... I've had my permit for a few months now. my parents never really had the time to teach me how to drive or to take me to take me up to the DPS. I was just wondering, since im 19, have had a permit for several months, and I do know how to drive, would they be some what lenient. and how much does it cost? i feel like a loser because i was never able to obtain my licence at a younger age....

Since you are over 18, you will need to take a driving test at the DPS office and pay the $24.00 fee to get your license. Good luck!

I guess you will need someone from Texas to answer the question of how much it will cost.

Don't feel like a loser, who cares what age you drive at. You will get your license when you are ready.
