Make sure your spam setting is on Block address and then spam any emails you get! There may be an unsubscribe link on one of the E-mails so use that before you spam them.
I asked for an insurance quote which led to a similar problem.
They don't like to let a possible customer go, do they? Persistence is the name of their game!

If you need advise on your Dog then search under Jack Russells and see if you can find a forum. That way you can talk to other owners and breeders. It's free advice from people who know the breeds faults and values from personal experience, which really helps when it comes to training them. I wouldn't handle a Terrior the way I handle my Shepherd or a Gun-Dog for example! I'm a member of a German Shepherd one.
I'm not knocking YA, this site is great and most advice on here works for any breed, and by comparing breeds we can all learn something more about dogs in general.

I've had exactly the same thing, it's a rip off, report and block his emails, there are plently of good dog training maunuals in the shops and obediance classess out there, you don't need his overpriced stuff.

If you sent him some email it may be harder. But if you never contacted him, then it is SPAM.

1. Ask your Internet email provider if they can block him.
2. Forward his email to his provider. And tell then it is SPAM. For example, if his email is dean@gmail.com or dean@dogs.com, then try sending an email to Postmaster@gmail.com or Postmaster@dogs.com with SPAM in the subject line.

To block his e-mails you need to go to your home e-mail page and look for a tab called OPTIONS. Click on here and then you will find aonther tab or link for blocking e-mail.
