That is a very vague description.

Two people of the same sex that kind of love is wrong. You using love to condemn a wrong act. Two sins do not make a right.

I think it would depend on how this is done. To the man that was recently arrested in St louis for kidnapping two boys and holding one of them hostage In his mind he was loving, caring for and nurturing those two boys. So By your scenario the police were sinning against the man. There are limitations to degrees of how our emotions are shown. Whether we feel they are right or not.

All sin depends on three things.
1) Did you know it was wrong at that moment
2) Did you do it out of your own self control (not forced)
3) Does it break your relationship with God

If you answered yes to all, then you might haved sinned. But, no one can tell you that you sinned. You have to make that distinction yourself.

Everything is a sin, or nothing is a sin, depending on your point of view. Man invented the word sin, after thousands of years without the word.

Yes, as long as by love you mean spiritual love, which binds souls together and to God.

If you mean sexuality outside of marriage, that is a sin.

No It isn't a sin to do these things But it is a sin if it is in the content of same sex intimacy (Sex). That is where it is wrong according to the Bible.
