1-2 tomatoes 1/2 onion, depending on if you have fresh cilantro or just the season if doing fresh about half of what you get or about 3-4 tbs of ground cilantro, 2 tbs of pepper and about 5-6 tbs sugar this balances out the hot. You can also do about 3 jalapenos. If you have a chopper mix all the ingredients in the chopper and let it blend well don't blend too well or it well be all liquid good luck hope this helps this is a good salsa for chips.

Since it's summer make this yummy Strawberry Salsa
1 fresh Serrano or jalapeño chili
1 cup finely chopped strawberries
1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar if desired
six 5-inch corn tortillas
vegetable oil for frying
2 firm-ripe avocados
Wearing rubber gloves, remove stems, seeds, and ribs from chili and chop fine. In a bowl stir together chili and remaining salsa ingredients. Salsa may be made several hours ahead and chilled, covered. Stack tortillas and cut them in half, fry tortilla strips until crisp and golden, about 30 seconds, and with a slotted spoon transfer to paper towels to drain. Sprinkle fried tortilla strips with salt to taste.
Enjoy!

Onion
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh Lime
cumin
Chop tomatoes and onions into small pieces, coarsely chop the cilantro discarding the big pieces of stem, mix all together and add lime juice, cumin and salt/pepper to taste.
If you like it hot add a chopped jalapeno or serrano pepper.
