Justin...I guess an unreported child molester would be like in my case....It was reported, but I was not able to substanciate my claim because of lack of (witnesses) NO pun...In other words...My abuser didn't invite anyone over to watch therefore I couldn't prove it therefore my claim was unreported, and my molester goes free to do it again.etc.

Dear Lemming Princess,
It brings tears to my eyes and even more to the LORD's eyes.
I do know that those molesters do have a Judgement date. I do hope for their sakes that long before that date they will repent and accept Jesus Christ as their LORD and Savior so that He will take their punishment on Himself.
Woe unto them (and unto all who knew but did nothing) if they do not repent!
Mark 9:42 says
Whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

Honestly, the only thing about it that really.gives "me the shivers" is the fact that people sometimes actually believe the unsubstantiated things they read on the web.
Remember, often when someone claims to have an inside source they have little to nothing. Notice the number. I always get kinda suspicous when I see reports that don't claim to be approximations that end up ending in 10's or 100's. Also according to this claim in your appearant promo for the website, this number pertains to reported/unreported. What does this mean. Could it mean that these cases were reported to the police but not pursued? If so why?? Sadly many these days scream rape or molestation for any number of reasons. I was once accused of molesting my nephew. I didn't find out about the accusation till months later. My nephew never said anything to me about it, neither did his mother. Then one day she told us her current husband didn't like me because she, and/or, her ex-boyfriend said I molested my nephew. I was disgusted. I wondered, why didn't this claim go anywhere. One reason probably was because the day I supposedly did this, was at a public park, in front of my parents, my nephew's mother, and her, then, boyfriend, of the same name as me. I was never even alone with the boy.
In response to your other claims, which I assume were directed at me. If they are true in the least, I of course feel sorry for you. A plain fact of being imperfect humans, we are imperfect, and we are only humans. While it is true that taking the word of just one person is never a good idea, it is generally enough for some secular authorities. Case in point, you claim you, and other girls were raped by this person. If that is true you should go to the police. File a report. Worse case scenario, you are laughed out for having no proof, sad but true, it happens. Less worse case, a record is made of a complaint. Any time such complaint is then filed on him it forms a pattern. Either it forms a pattern of him being targeted, or it forms a pattern of him clearly targeting others.

What has scared me since I first read of the issue (silentlambs.org has been around for at least 5 years) is that it's AT LEAST as bad as the widely-reported cases in the Catholic church... hiding the problem to protect the church and keeping the victims quiet.
What makes this MORE INSIDIOUS is that the JW hierarchy makes it incumbent on the members to do what they're told. If they are told to keep quiet, they must. If they are told not to report it to the authorities, they must not. The structure is in place to protect the perpetrators, who must have two witnesses against them unless they confess or else they're declared "innocent" in the "eyes of God."
They have a handy guideline that says that IF the local law requires it, then report it to the police. If it doesn't, then don't.
No "loyal" witness wants to believe this. But they can't defend it without dealing with the accusations. They even allow THEIR CONTRIBUTION MONEY to go to pay off a set of settlements reported to be several million dollars without protest. Rationalization. Mind control.

No.
Perhaps this questioner should be reminded that "the internet" and anonymous third-hand "inside sorces [sic]" are notoriously unreliable.
Just as the enemies of Jehovah's Witnesses seek every opportunity to disparage these peaceful Christians, so the enemies of rumor appreciate an opportunity to share the truth...
Jehovah's Witnesses are disgusted and repulsed by abuse, and are relieved when secular law enforcement officials successfully investigate, prosecute, and punish any criminal who engages in these terrible crimes.
Jehovah's Witnesses fully understand that their role as a religion is in providing comfort to the victim and her family, sharing relevant bible warnings with the congregation and specific potential victims, extolling Christian peaceableness and righteousness, and eventually perhaps in counseling a repentant sinner.
Government workers such as police and prosecutors are generally empowered to pursue criminal matters. Jehovah's Witnesses always work in obedience to secular law and deference to the personal decisions of victims (and their families, where practical). Jehovah's Witness ministers do not investigate criminal matters, leaving such matters to law enforcement authorities.
An unrepentant baptized Jehovah's Witness who is found guilty of a secular crime is likely to be disfellowshipped (or "excommunicated", although Witnesses do not use this latter term). However, a sin against God's supreme authority is clearly a different matter from a sin against secular superior authorities. The standards for criminal conviction and forced religious disassociation will never be identical.
This so-called "question" is almost certainly not sincere, but rather is intended as a slanderous assault on Jehovah's Witnesses. Interestingly, such "hatred" should be expected by true Christians in this time of the end, and it actually helps identify Jehovah's Witnesses as Christ's true disciples:
(John 15:19) If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

Since it's thoroughly vague (and suspect anyway), why would anyone be scared? I could assume (hope!) that they have all been reported to the proper authorities. Presumably, someone has bothered to report each case to the the Jehovah's Witness hierarchy. The onus is upon the individuals who reported to *them* to *also* report it to the police. Most likely the organization only has hearsay evidence. The individual who possesses actual evidence must report it to the proper authorities.

It’s like a worldwide evil plan to destroy the younger generations thru sex abuse, drugs and tv. It’s so scary the fact that in most cases molesters are family members!!! That is the sickest of all evil things happening in our world of today.

A sign of the times...a sign of the times.
Read Revelation for something REALLY terrrifying.
As bad as some things are now, it is nothing compared to what this world will face when the Antichrist walks into the picture.

Why am I not surprised? I wonder how many are on file at the catholic diocese in any sizable metropolitan area.
And would that include priests?

I don't trust the JW church but... How do you define an 'unreported child molester'?
Come to that, how do you define an 'inside source'?
