OMG! Here is what you do.. Cook up some chicken, cut into little pieces and through on salad. You can even use ham (sandwich meat) then grade up some cheese, salt and pepper, your dressing, bacon bits, croutons, sunflower seeds. Really anything you want to eat on it. Some people even substitute the dressing with salsa which makes it better for you.

only put in what you like and use your favorite dressing. My salad is lettuce, purple cabbage, broccoli, caulifleur, raddishes, red onions, shredded cheese, eggs (when practical), croutons, bacon bits and Ranch dressing (no tomatoes, cucumbers, celery,or other nasty stuff:p). Just find what you like to make a salad more enjoyable, or at least more tolerable.

I think you are buying your salad dressings at the local shop or supermarket. Forget it make your own with whatever flavours you like. I like mustard and garlic or fresh coriander with a touch of Thai fish sauce and lime juice or pesto dressing is beautiful, mix these with some oil and wine vinegar. Use the flavours that suit you. It is so easy.
