We have forced them to kill the "amnesty for illegals" fiasco.(Over 80% of those polled said it was unacceptable.)
So how can we (as legal, law abiding, legally registered voters) force them to build the wall, deport ALL the illegal criminals, and secure our borders once and for all?
Don't try to stop us now. It's WAY to late for that!
I'm just getting warmed up. :)
Suggestions? Ideas? Phone numbers or websites?

Anything that immigration (the government) will do in response to a public outcry will only be offset by "behind the scenes" programs most people will never know about. And I think that's by design. It's all about cheap labor and the passing of profits to the "haves" while the "have nots" are the unskilled servants. Check it out...
There's no true intent to enforce the illegal worker side of the issue. For every violation, they've created a waiver. They even give employment authorization to some people waiting for a deportation trial and are being deported because...they were working illegally. Duh!
Secondly, the truth is that there has been an "amnesty" going on since the 1970's.
1. Anyone who can prove they've been here illegally since 1/1/1972 can apply to become a resident with no other qualfications. It's called Sec 249.
2. The 1986 disaster called "Legalization", sections 245A and 210. Sec 210 brought allowed tons of illegal farm workers to stay as "guests" (sound familiar) and tons more fraudulently claimed to be agricultural workers and got residence. Sec 245A was for people illegally here since before 1/1/1982. Humm...1/1/1972, then 1/1/1982. This has dragged on in various forms for over 20 years due to several lawsuits that created more programs linked to the original "Legalization" from 1986. CSS vs Meese, CSS vs Newman, Family Fairness, the LIFE Act, and on and on...
3. Then...the asylum scams of the 90's. Suddenly the whole world had a problem they needed to run away from. It was really poverty, but they claimed it was one form of human rights violation or another. Most were from China, India and Pakistan, but they came from everywhere. They came on ships and planes with no papers, asked for asylum, got released to appear for a trial with only a hotel address, then just didn't show up. And if they did show up and were denied, they stayed anyway. Hardly anyone was really entitled to a benefit. But large numbers got asylum anyway. And this is still going on. There's also TPS, temporary protective status for certain groups here illegally, NACARA for some central americans here illegally, The Cuban Act of 1966 that lets any Cuban become a resident just by showing up and asking. There's another program for Haiti. And I can go on...
4, 5, 6, 7,8, and so on...
The thing is that the whole idea is a "storefront" operation. This is all about cheap labor. You can't just tell the country your plan, you have to make it look good. They only go after illegal workers when there's a current issue, like the recent failed bill. There is no intention to enforce anything except removal of criminals and national security. And they do a poor job of that.
In short, the American poor are screwed. Their wages will always be low, competition for jobs will always be high, and it will be passed on from generation to generation. Forever.

I think that we need to report every single employer who is hiring illegals to ice. Then we need to report them again when they bring in the next round of illegals.
Currently the laws are nothing more than a slap on the wrist for any employer caught with illegals. They know how to get through the bureaucratic red tape to become repeat offenders.
We need to publicly boycott employers who hire illegals - this means we need to put ads in newspapers and ads on the radio stations and television that xyz companies are giving America's jobs away to illegals. Once this is out in the open in their own neighborhood, the illegals and their employers will get uncomfortable.
We need to start with the big companies first - make their lives miserable like they are making ours. Currently, the banks are being targeted for boycotts - not the same thing. Illegals aren't working there, they're just scamming our system there.
I have included a website that lists over 3000 different employers who are hiring illegals. We need to make sure that the name of the employer (person - the CEO, CIO, etc) is the person whose picture is on the wanted posters for aiding and abetting in a time of war and terrorism in our country. This is treason and punishable by much steeper fines than a slap on the wrist during times when we are not on a high threat alert.
Anyone know how we can get the paparazzi to start taking pictures of all the illegals at these locations? We could post them on websites. I can think of all kinds of things that I would say about these people - and still be legal - like offering the cheapest wages in town to illegals only - right next to the picture of the owner. Think they might get a little uncomfortable when we force the law to look their way?
No jobs for illegals means no reason to stay here. We should stop discriminating against the illegals by only deporting them - their employer should be deported with them!

Umm, the only way to force them to "build the wall, deport ALL the illegal criminals, and secure our borders once and for all" would be to insist on a huge tax increase for the Border Patrol and force the government to cut down spending on all other agencies and services. Look at it this way, we could take every troop we have in Iraq and Afghanistan combined and put them all on the Mexican border, and it still wouldn't be enough to fully stop the flow of illegal immigration. There are better uses of our tax money.

As far as I am concerned, all city officials who allow the release of illegal immigrants, should be fired on the spot. Every illegal should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
There must be pentalies for those who don't enforce the laws we already have, which are good laws. Border hopping is illegal!!!!
Anyone who believes a National ID card would be great for stopping illegal immigration is a complete fool!

You have the numbers, just keep up the pressure. they will get tired of hearing from us eventually (that is until we vote their asses out) and even dirt bag Kennedy and McCain said, bring us an alternative. Well secure the border and enforce the laws on the books. Let the deportations begin. When they have proved to us that they can handle that simple task we will give them another task. Can the American People Veto their raise?

It does not sound such as you are the right age to sue all of us and the government does enforce the immigration regulations to the final of their skill. You do comprehend that the sole real human beings are the yank Indians.

yo dude, great day for America!!!!! We have to stay on top of this and get these bozos to enforce the laws.Steep fines for the employers ($100,000 per illegal) plus jail time for repeat offenders. The solution is really quite simple-no jobs,no illegals. The ones that are here will go home.We must force them to take this seriously, all the heroes that voted for this have to be thrown out of office in the next election. These pricks are like a flea that tries to screw the elephant until the elephant wakes up!Now its time to pay the price.Good site is www.grassfire.org.The other one is www.heritage.org Semper fi!

Well, putting these redneck minutemen on the border is certainly not the answer. The best way would be to go after the businesses that create a huge market for illegal immigrants. We should also force legal citizens to get off welfare so that they do the jobs that illegals do. Until white trash gets out of their trailer to actually work instead of sitting on their couch from Goodwill sipping on Coors Light, we will always have an illegal immigration issue.....have a nice day!
