I am trying to decide wether to go to a tanning salon or get an at home tanning lotion and i have alot of questions about both
1. Which will last longer?
2. What is the estimate cost of each?
3. Which one will look more natural?
4. How long will it take to see the results of both?
Bed:
1. What are the actual chances of me getting seriously burned considering that i don't burn easily naturally?
2. I don't want a fake-n-bake look so i was thinking 20 mins 2 times a week at the start to get a nice summer glow will that work? If not what will?
Lotion:
1. I've used these before and it came out verrryyy bad. It was extremely streaked so i stopped using it immediately. What lotion would you recomend that is fool proof to someone who just can't seem to get it right?
2. How often do i need to reapply it once i get my tan to the right shade?
3. How often will i need to buy a new bottle?
That's all of them i think thank you in advance!

ps, i know that the lotion will be better for me in the long run because of the risks of skin cancer and premature aging, so you don't need to warn me about that i'm taking it into consideration

another question,
is it okay to use both at the same time,
go to the salon once a week because it will last longer but use the lotion to help it along too?

i would use the sun but i don't like the look of tan lines so and i don't feel comfortable tanning without a suit on in my back yard which backs right up to a walking trail and pond in a busy neighborhood where the chances of someone seeing me are a definant yes lol, or tanning without a suit outside period

a tanning bed looks just as natural as a good sun tan but DO NOT get into a bed for 20 minutes the first time u will burn!! slowly increase ur time start with 7-8 min and next go fro 10-12 min next 14-5 and then 17 and then 20 but u will habe to go to the bed about 10 times to actually see ur tan as for lotion u czant really recommend 1 because it is more of a personal choice and u dont have to use any lotion at all!! but just use it when u go to the bed ok? well whatever u do good luck :)

alright you are covered girl. tanning salon will last longer denfinetly. tanning salon around $150 , tanning lotion 10 bucks. tanning salon will look more natraul. maybe a week for the tanning lotion. tanning salon a day or two. not alot of chances that you will burn. i think you will not look a baked cookie I would do around 15 to 20 minutes 1 time a week. well just don't use it . i mean if it is causing you problems then don't use the lotion. when your shade goes dead then you put on some more tanning oil. not much just a few dabs in 2 weeks. I appreciate helping you.

the sun, its free , it lasts the longest, and it looks natural! results after 1 day at the beach:) or self tanner, loreal sublime bronze, cost about nine dollars, use every day until you reach desired shade .lasts about a week, looks fairly natural,. tanning bed, costs about 40 dollars a month, results after a few visits looks kinda fake if you ask me, lasts a week or two. Id go with the sun!! i dont use any lotions in the tanning bed, i use baby oil gel when i go to the beach, with 30spf sunblock on my face , but im really tan, so be careful you will burn with baby oil if your not already dark! and yes its ok to do both orall three at the same time, just not all in the same day( BED AND BEACH) good luck!

I don't get burned easily either. I usually get really tan naturally(without lotion or a tanning salon). Just go lay out in the sun...it's free!

if i were you.. i would just go to the beach or even your backyard.
tanning lotion sucks. you never know what your gunna get. you can be orange & have streaks and your palms will most likely look dirty. its embarrasing.
and a tanning bed is not good for you. SKIN CANCER.
in the long run your better off going for a natural tan. =]

go natural out in the sun.
enjoy the beauty of nature.
salons are not safe you will read one day in the newspaper in 20 years how people got cancer from this scam.
do it the way you should, under the big old 'sun.
