Diarrhea can be caused my many things. It can be caused by stress, dietary indiscretions, bacterial/viral disease. If it persistes for more then a day or if it is really bad you should take your dog to the vet ASAP as it can get quickly dehydrated.

Get to the vet but feed it 70% boild rice and 30% boiled hamburger if you have to wait for an appointment.

You need to take the dog to your vet and have it examined. You are not going to get any correct answers from strangers on the Internet that haven't examined your dog.

you don't feed it boiled hamburger very very bad for a dog! it is boiled skinless chicken breast and boiled rice
