My dad let me use his car to drive from Manchester back home. My BMW is being serviced.
I got flashed on motorway midnight. in his car..I shouted about the police and being unfair. The woman said she will restrain me, I said try it and ill restrain you. This point I went to my pocket. They both then said they could smell cannabis on me when i moved my pocket, BULL, stereotypical for asians with fast cars.
Anyways they stop and searched there and then and found it.
They gave me a caution for cannabis.
I got a SEIZURE NOTICE form. road traffic act RTA
My dad collected his car today with a large bill from garage after the police stamped it.
I was MADE to go to the police station. 1.30AM
They made a statement and MADE me sign it. HE MADE ME SIGN it. saying i was driving an insured car YES. i had £10 weed on me YES. I signed it.
he said i can leave. left me outside, 1.45 am FREEZING weather after a night out.
What happens now? They let me go? My dad has car back now. now what? end of?

Depends on the situation, if you owned the car, it was taxed, MOT'd, you had a full driving license without any points etc. You would get 6points and a fine. However, if the vechicle wasnt roadworthy, you already had offences for drivin without insurance etc. You would get a 12-18 month driving ban, heavy fine, in worst case could be a short prison sentence, depends on the situation though. Personal addition: Why were you thinnking of driving without insurance anyway? What if you hit and killed someone? You could get up to 14years in prison for that. Just for not having insurance. What if you went into someones utter pride and joy, and their car was a write off, how would they feel, their insurance isnt going to cover that. DRIVING WITHOUT INSURANCE IS ILLEGAL, AND TBH I HOPE YOU GET CAUGHT IF YOU TAKE THIS RISK.

Your ID seems to suit you. I'm surprised you didn't get charged for threatening a police officer. So I suppose you think you were stopped for DWC - Driving While Coloured? Has it not occurred to you that you were probably speeding and THAT'S why you got pulled over? Looks like you've got away with it, so think yourself lucky and maybe you should cut down on the arrogance a wee bit.
BTW, I take it that it was your DAD who left you outside at 1.45 am on a freezing morning? GOOD ON HIM!!!!!
11.46 Just read your additional details. You are a total and unadulterated w**nker. A spell in the nick would do you the world of good. ARROGANCE is one thing but when coupled with STUPIDITY and IGNORANCE it's YOU!!

Wow. Caught driving without cannabis? Unlucky mate. Always keep some in the glove compartment, just to be sure it never happens again.
Seriously fella. It's illegal to drive without insurance. It's illegal to use (certain) drugs.Stop your whinging and 'oh, I'm being picked on' and face facts. If you break the law you get punished. Same goes for everyone else.
I've always liked the idea of joining the Police force. When I read posts like yours it inspires me even more to take the step and sign up. The country would be a much nicer, safer place without people walking around with attitudes like yours.

Just who do you think you are buddy.Nobody picks on you for being Asian.you must have beem breaking the law to be stopped by the Police they are always fair in their judgements. But because you are an Asian you beleive you have superior rights over white people who have lived and worked here all theire lives. In relation to the alleged offences it seems that the Insurance is in order but the carrying and using cannibis carries a severe penalty and thank your lucky stars i am not dealing with it.I hope they throw the book at you.

what are you studying ? stupidity !!! get the chips off your shoulder and accept the fact that you broke the law, you were rude to the officer, what else do you expect ? As for the drugs well they were on you and that is against the law, you were speeding, that's against the law And who care what car you've got, your daddy should stop spoiling you and take away your car, and possible take you out of uni and make you get a job. Or better still grow up son, stop whinging and accept your punishment like a man.

expect a summons for driving while un-insured!!
if the police pursue this matter, they will either charge you with driving with no insurance ( normal verdict 6 points and £300.00 fine )
or charge the owner with aiding an un-insured driver using their vehicle, same penalty as above
