hey, im thinking of having a tattoo done althou dont know wer or wat of....
what are ur experiances with tattoos...

i have two, one is the yin/yang-colorful on my ankle.
the other is a tribal rose on my chest. if you do get one think for awhile for what you want, they never go away!

I have four tattoos, three of them I got with friends who have similar ones, even though I am not friends with two of those people, I still love all of my tattoos. I would definately get a tattoo that represents something that is important to you. Something you know you will always love and be proud to show off. Take time to make your decision. Also make sure you find an artist that you can trust and that does work you like. Make sure you shop around too for prices, I went to a shop to get a quote on my tat, and I was quoted at a high price, then went to a shop with a better artist, and he did it for half the price!! Most of all, have fun with it, and take your time to decide. Good Luck!!

I have a tattoo and I absolutely love it! It's a small cross on my hip area...like right about where my bathing suit comes to. I think that you should definitely take time to pick out something that you know you will like forever and put it in a place where you can cover it up if you decide you don't like it later in life. It's really good if your tattoo means something to you because people will ask you about it alot and it's good to have a story to tell. I think if you've wanted one for a long time and your sure of what you want, you should go for it. If you have no clue, you shouldn't do it spur of the moment...that usually leads to regret.

I have 2 tattoos...one is a rose going through a bar of music (I was a musician) and the other one is a little green frog sitting on a japanese symbol for rightousness. Both of these have meaning to me, and I don't regret either one. But make sure you get one that means something to you, don't just get one to have one. Yes, they hurt, but mostly just during the tattoo process...not too bad after that. Hope this helps! :o)

I have four of them, once you start its hard to stop!
I have one on my right calf of my husbands unit crest and the date of his first deployment to Iraq, got it right before he left in 2003. Then I got his name done on my left shoulder blade with a skeleton key hanging on the last letter of his name which means he holds the key to my heart, lets see then I got one right before his second deployment on my wrist, its just his first initial, a cross and then my initial signifying that Jesus Christ would be watching over us, and lastly I got something for me, a hawaiin flower with a sort of reverse tribal bands swirling around it on my right shoulder/upper arm.
My tattoo's all have significant meanings except for the last one that I got. I think its important to make sure what your getting inked is something meaningful or important to you. Too many people run out and get a tattoo just to have one and then they regret it.
I dont have a single regret for mine. I love each one and cant wait to get more!

I do not care for tattoos but can understand trying something different. Get a henna tattoo - they last for a couple of weeks and can easily be renewed or removed.

I have 7 tattoo's , i don't see anything with them.getting a tattoo doesn't hurt,but just a little sore as it is being done. that's the way it was for me. i have no regrets.

i have one of my name in a pretty font on my lower hip. i don't regret it and it will probably be the first and last tattoo that i'll get in this lifetime because i think too much body art looks unattractive. if you decide to get one, please make sure it's something you want inked on you for the rest of your life. also make sure that it's not visible to others if you're getting or am in the professional workforce in the future.

be sure you decide on something you can live with FOREVER! my baby sister is having a couple of her 'less desirable' ones removed and says its expensive and hurts like hell. on the other hand i have 9 and wouldnt change any of them. they each represent a different time in my life...for better or worse.

I have one tattoo. It's 2 bear paws on my lower stoumach (right). I deffinately don't regret getting it done.
