Hi can anyone give me any proper tips on how to lose man boobs and a belly...also i want to eat properly but am having trouble keeping to good eating habits...any advice?? I have 2 months and i weigh 16st

Eat less carbs, more fruit and vegetables and exercise - a lot. There is no magic bullet or pill that will do the job quickly or safely.

There appears to be only one way to go, less in more out. Try a modest reduction in calories,accompanied by regular vigorous exercise. 30-40 minutes 4-5 times a week.

lol btw i call em moobs and they r gross lol =P eww! lol anyways first off NEVER WEAR TIGHT SHIRTS! harder to notice them. lol and try drinking lots of water, no pop and stuff, lots of fruits and veges, less red meat, and work out 4 times a week or so. lol my opinion. and srry bout being mean

sport is the only answer. i eat all the crap food possible. and i realised i only get fat when im away in holiday because of the lack of activity.
