Jesus is Lord....
I have seen this posted before too... I think it is a good thinking point, our generation has seen and heard all this stuff, before is their new ways to convey our message? TO Show them Jesus Loves so much that even though he sweated blood, he went through the horrors of the cross and even worse the pits of hell to save all of us.. Yeah we live on earth for 70-80 years... 30-20years less than Noah built the Ark, can we make an Ark so big that even if people did ridicule us... They would know without a shadow of doubt we believe that Jesus IS LORD...
THAT WE BELIEVE OUR JESUS IS RETURNING FOR A SPOTLESS CHURCH THAT IT IS NOT AN EXCLUSIVE CLUB IT IS OPEN FOR ALL THAT GOD'S WILL IS THAT NONE SHALL PERISH (we know that is God's will the Bible tells us so.. however we can not always inform of God's specific will in some situations.... like all those questions of why did God allow his people to so many stupid things the only answer is free will instead of obeying God we turned away and yes sometimes we do put our selves on God's throne I can tell you this never works out for the persons benefit who dethrones God in their life...
God is on the throne in my Heart, I want to testify to His Goodness and Faithfulness... I know wihthout a shadow of doubt, that God loves me, and I will be judged according to His standards some days that is daunting - today however I am doing fine - just wait I am about to get up...

Christianity is Blind. It is completely against Science.
It is wrong in all ways.
Ok before rating this as Bad Answer, answer me this question that is for all Christian,
Can you, Can you find me atleast a single phrase in Bible that is perfectly clear and unambiguish stating that Jesus declares that he is god the almighty.
I have searched and read the whole bible and found no such phrase that is unambiguish and clear.
So, christianity is useless.
Another logically proved thing;
Majority in the world is Christianity (Eventhough now Islam is really the fastest growing religion)
But in that majority , 70% of the christian are christian just for the name sake. What is your religion? Christianity. And thats it.
They have no idea about Bible and have no rules on religion , nor prayers and nothing makes sense.
But the small population of Muslims are completely into their religion mostly. They know about Quran and follow its sayings and everything.
Christians eat pigs and act on behalf of them.
Remember the truth is truth , one day Islam will arise to a very high level and that day isnt much far.
OK, if this doesn't satisfy you,
How many of you see the debate between famous priest 'Williams' and famous muslim "Dr. Zakir Nayak" in Chicago.
Did you see how William was speechless against the questions posed by Dr. Zakir.
And how he was crying.

I think that if there is a God, that god would know that I never truely believed so why should I pretend? You make a good point, being a true Christian harms no one, and is infact the "safe bet" however, the Christian religion has many flaws and I cannot blindly follow it. I wish I could because I think my life would be much easier that way, but I can't. To act as if I believed and even to worship God would be very deceitful. I choose to live a life of honesty.

Just guessing... but I think it doesn't matter, it's not even a "right or wrong" issue. Lead a good life, treat others kindly and with respect, and it seems to me a just God will look favorably on that, whether or not you declared yourself "Christian." And if there is a Christ and you led a hate-filled life, does just being a "Christian" get you a "get into heaven free" card? Again, I'm just guessing, but I'm guessing no.
Whether or not you believe Jesus was the Messiah, the message is still pretty good. "Love thy neigbor ... etc. etc." It's the stuff that's the groundwork of most major religions and spiritual movements.

Pascal's wager:
"If god exists, it's infinitely better to believe, since you get heaven instead of hell for eternity. If he doesn't, it doesn't matter since you're dead anyway. So overall it's better to believe"
This is, of course, false.
Some of the problems with the argument:
* The implied assumption that god may exist (with a 50% probability, no less!)
* The assumption that there is an afterlife with a heaven and hell
* The assumption that the god cares about belief in him/her above all else
* The assumption that if you believe in a god, it will definitely be the same god that actually exists.
* The assumption that you lose nothing if it's false. You have lost a great deal, from time praying to a nonexistent entity (some people pray several hours a day!!!) to morality (your god may ask you to hurt other people) and much more besides.
* The assumption that people can believe in something simply because it benefits them. Would you believe goblins exist for twenty bucks? Why not?
* The assumption that any god won't see through the "believing just to get into heaven" ploy.

I know I am a Christian, there is no if about it. Just in case if I was wrong I would still live a life as a Christian doing what is wright. Loving others even when they are mean to me. Not hating people. Loving others as they are. Praise Jesus that is the most important thing.

What happens if Christians picked the wrong god? What happens if that god turns out to be pretty darned pissed off that they didn't choose Him or HER instead? They could be in for some serious eternal torment.
There are over 25,000 gods in the known world.. how do you know which one is right?
What if God likes the atheists because they followed the evidence? Perhaps that's the whole point.. he wanted us to use our brains.
What if the one TRUE god is evil and punishes the good?
By the time we get done what if'ing.. you've got a less than 1 in 25,000 chance of being right.. .just like the rest of us.
Look up Pascal's Wager

Well Christians arent wrong But, lets say we are to make the point of your question. I am Christian, and if I am wrong, what have I lost? I only gave up things that would hurt me and lead to disaster. I have joy on this earth right now and hope and lvoe and peace beyond understanding, and I avoid so many pitffalls of life by staying in the word of God, by obeying God in all HE says. what did I lose?
I would jsut die and that would be it. huh?
What if an athiest is wrong? They live a life of so much misery and bringing it on others by their open rebellion to follow God. and when they die they go to hell and its not somewhere I would want to go. and many will watch their families go there too, becasue they never believed and taught them any different. Noone on the way to hell would say< GOOD CHOICE BABY< GLAD I MADE IT.
God says every knee will bow and know He is GOd.
but, if we dont choose Jesus before we die or Jesus comes again, its too late, What a horrible price to pay. I dont see how any are willing to risk that. I say if you dont belivee it, the least you can do is stury for yourself for a long time and pray and ask God if you are real show me, and at least be willing to take a look at it all before it is so easily dismissed. as those that dont beleive and obey have a horrible price to pay, but they cant blame God. He gives a book of warnings, and if one wont read it and believe it and obey it, they have noone to blame but themsevlves, cant even blame the devil. HE may try to pull you to him, but its your choice if you go to him and hear him or say Devil flee in the name of God, you have no right to exist in my life, In the name of JEsus , go NOW, and then he msut flee.
All I say is this Find out for yourselves everyone and see what God will reveal to you if you genuniely look for truth. SEek and ye shall find He says and all will be added unto you.
Choose wisely and choose soon, for Jesus is coming soon and we hve to deceide before then to be fully His or we arent His at all.
I love your questions, always make everyone think, and I pray many will hear you and just KNOW. God bless you.

Your right we will be judged by Gods standards. and in the new testament it has nothing to do with sexual orientation
Ask any preacher, priest, minister, or a person of a congregation, and they will tell you they do not know, or hem haa around, and if they give you an answer it will be just theirs in the whole church.
the house is grossly divided
There is a standard we can do and practice on earth see below
