Seriously, you can't do that safely unless you are seriously morbidly obese. A safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. Going on a starvation fad diet may cause you to drop a lot of water weight, but you will put it right back on once you start eating normally.

You can't lose that much weight in 2 weeks. You might be able to lose 5-6 pounds in 2 weeks. If you are really serious about losing weight then you need to drink between 1/2 to 1 gallon of water every day. Eat healthier foods, cut out sodas, candy, junk food from your diet. Finally the most important thing... exercise everyday for 30 minutes to and hour. You need to do cardio to lose weight. Good Luck!!!

Don't even try. That's too extreme. U might be able to do it with a juice diet and running and bicycling a lot, but then just as soon as U stop, U'll put it all back on. Set a goal U can reach with a combination of diet and exercise, like 3-5 pounds a week, and keep doing it. Even when U reach ur goal, back off slowly to prevent the rebound effect.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Go to Alaska in the winter with no clothing on and walk all night.
You should only lose about 1 to 2 pounds per week. Anything more and it's dangerous/ ridiculous/ you really were in Alaska in the winter nekkid/ you died and your body dehydrated.

I went on the 3 day diet and lost 10 pds. in 3 days, it really does work!Now for the other 8 pds i would suggest you drink alot of water and exercise more than usual.

Become Vegetarian!!!!!I'm an animal activist so I did it for the animals...but I have dropped a lot of weight from being veg,and exercising 30-60 minutes a day...it works.

um wow that's gonna be really hard to do..
1. you gotta be confident
2. you need to eat very healthy
(alot of fruits and vegs)
3. go running
4. try going to the gym
5. don't eat more then 3 meals
6. eat healthy because if u don't u'll gain more weight or it will be harder for u to lose it.
7.don't seat still lol
yeah that's about it
and oh yeah NO JUNK FOODS!!!

none is a help on these questions sometimes i asked the same question beacuse i wanted to lose weight before school strst 25 lbs to be exact u should exercise and eat less thats what people said to me

Start 10 weeks ago. Losing that much weight that quickly isn't healthy. If you're trying to lose weight for health reasons, you'll recognize that your goal is impractical and impossible, and you won't even try to lose that much, that quickly.
