Firstly I am assuming that that is in Fahrenheit, and not Celsius, cause if that's Celsius they are cooked! Eggs can stay at room temp. (70F or 20C) for a while and still be edible, they just won't keep as long. Here the supermarkets don't refrigerate the eggs, they sell them off the shelf.
There is a way to check if eggs are still fresh, and how much so. Take a glass of water and pop in your egg. If it sinks, its fresh. If it bobs its not so fresh and if it floats its very old. The fresh can be fried or boiled, the not quite so fresh can be used in baking etc. and the floater should be tossed.
Also when you crack open the egg look at and smell it. Any non-egg smell, don't eat it.
Or you can crack your egg into a bowl. If the yolk stays in a roundish mound, and the white stays in a mass around that, its still fresh. If the yolk flattens out, and the white is flatter, its not so fresh. If the yolk and whites are watery and discoloured, Toss.
If you do both of these, you should have a fair indication of whether you can still eat them.
Seems a shame to toss the only food you have, if there is a possibility that it is OK.
***Matt H is right. And those that say "Go without" have probably never had too.

sure, eggs pass undesirable! you're able to throw them out, rotten eggs scent the extra serious, like sulfur. the main you're able to keep them interior the refrigerator is 3 weeks, often times 2 previous the sell-via date. a undesirable egg could additionally incorporate salmonella, a bacteria that reasons foodstuff poisoning. helpwithcooking has a freshness attempt: at the beginning, fill a extremely deep bowl with water and heavily decrease the egg into the water. an exceptionally clean egg will on the instant sink to the backside and lie flat on its factor. it rather is by fact the air cellular interior the egg is amazingly small. The egg additionally must experience rather heavy. by fact the egg starts off to lose its freshness and extra air enters the egg, it is going to start to drift and stand upright. The smaller end will lie on the backside of the bowl, collectively as the wider end will factor in direction of the exterior. The egg will nevertheless be sturdy sufficient to devour, even in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, if the egg totally floats interior the water and would not touch the backside of the bowl in any respect, it would be discarded, because it is going to maximum possibly be undesirable. a undesirable egg will additionally experience fairly easy in weight and supply off a smelly scent. the 2d technique to aim the eggs freshness is via breaking the egg onto a flat plate, no longer right into a bowl. The yolk of an exceptionally clean egg could have a around and compact visual charm and it will take a seat placed rather intense up interior the direction of the egg. The white that surrounds it will be thick and continues to be on the brink of the yolk. A cloudy colouring to the egg white is a demonstration of extra freshness, as this "cloudiness" is in actuality carbon dioxide, that's cutting-edge whilst the egg is laid. over the years, the egg white will grow to be extra sparkling, by fact the carbon dioxide dissipates. A much less clean egg will incorporate a flatter yolk, that could wreck easily and a thinner white that spreads rather a techniques over the plate. Very clean eggs are suited for frying or poaching, yet much less clean eggs could be utilized in sauces, cake combos or omelettes, the place the form and texture of the egg isn't as substantial.

Dude! you wont die! if you get sick you'll be vomiting or have diarrhea. (Salmonella) Most cooks recommend using room temperature eggs in recipes anyways. 70 degrees is not enough to spoil an egg. Farm eggs sit outside in the nest under a chickens butt and are unpasteurized, and the chicken still comes out of them! cooking raises the temp and kills bacteria. If the expiration date is good, I would think they would be fine. Crack one and smell it. If it stinks its rotten.

Do NOT eat those eggs. Eggs left in temperatures above 40 degrees are incubators for the Salmonella bacteria. Eating them could land you in the hospital or worse.

Throw them out, love. They will have defintely have gone off. They probably won't kill u if u eat them, but they will make u very sick. The temperature inside ur car will be a lot hotter than the outside temperature, specially if it's out in the sun. I don't recommend u eat them. Eggs r so delicate, u must be so careful with them. They can give u salmonella poisoning if ur not careful.

You can live FAR longer without food than water.
So, get water, water, water.
I do NOT think you should eat the eggs - they are too high a risk. What I'm saying here is, if you're broke, it's better to starve a day, and keep drinking water, than to eat risky food.
Your body will regard it as a fast, and clean itself out if there's lots of water. Better to be clean & hungry, than dead.
See you tomorrow!

Go ahead and fry those eggs--but make sure you fry them solid, don't leave any yolk or white runny.
There's a 10% chance that there's salmonella on the shells, so if you're really paranoid, you can wash them off with soap and cool water first.

it will make you sick. To be on the safe side..throw them away and eat something else. Fruit, cereal or even crackers till your payday.
Any meat, diary or even frozen food left in 70 degrees or higher in car can make you very sick.
Next time...have a cooler with some ice and put it in a car. When go out to store then put your perishable food in your cooler. Cooler will keep your food cooler and ready to transport to your fridge and freezer. Double plus...don't forget that you got food in your car. =)
good luck.

Honey, those eggs will make you so sick you'll think you're gonna die, then you'll be afraid you won't! NOTHING is worth that risk, food poisoning is miserable - even if you have nothing else to eat, you'll still be better off tomorrow by throwing those eggs away!!Promise me!!!

Just go to the grocery and get yourself ramen noodles to sustain yourself until tomorrow. They're unbelivable cheap!!! Especially if you get them at an Asian grocery store.
